(...) Yeah, the middle technic pulleys are offset to the track around corners, but all sit dead center in straight-aways. I originally had rubber Technic belts from axel to axel to keep all of the wheels in motion, but it caused too much friction (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

(...) I had the same shock, but that was some 9-10 years ago (the 9V tracks were introduced in 1990, but the 'grey' tracks were available until 1994 IIRC). (...) - (...) Hi there, is there any brick - or has anyone "build" one - which allows to connect 4,5V tracks to 9V tracks? (I first got a shock when I saw the 9V tracks...) Even so: Has anyone experience in tuning up 4,5V tracks to allow 9V trains to go on it - (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

Dan, that's quite the amazing beast. Nice job! I must say though, I burst out laughing when I came to the pic of it going round a curve with the body swinging waaay over to one side. Looks pretty weird! Kevin (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)
