In case anyone is wondering why my website hasn't been updated for a while it's because I can't get to it. I think some NFS software screwed up my Compuserve configuration and no amount of uninstalling/reinstalling seems to fix it. I think I'll take (...) (26 years ago, 10-Nov-98, to lugnet.trains)

Dear Hans, I'm not aware of any replacement motor sources but let me see if I have an extra 4.5v motor unit in used/good condition. Also, since the newer, 9v wheels (on both wheelsets and on the motor) are narrower than their 4.5v counterparts, they (...) (26 years ago, 6-Nov-98, to lugnet.trains)

Those two guys responsible for the last two 9V Train sets I needed to be complete. My 4564 arrived Monday, and I just picked up my 4547 Club Car from the PO this afternoon. Much thanks to Terry and Ali, I wasn't sure I'd ever locate (or afford) (...) (26 years ago, 4-Nov-98, to lugnet.trains)

My 4,5V train-engine failed recently. After opening it up (a problem in intself because of the sealed box) i discovered that one of the brushes of the electric motor broke of and destroyed part of the anchor. Also the cupper wiring burned out (...) (26 years ago, 3-Nov-98, to lugnet.trains)
