Many years ago (almost seven years ago, January 1996) I drew up an idea for a Lego Steadicam rig. A few days ago, Derek Raycraft turned up another design for one. Jonathan, You are totally correct - the tiller driver cab should be a few studs further back, by 3 or 4 studs, like yours. Unfortunately, right now the truck just barely fits inside the station I built. In real life the truck is almost as long as (...) (22 years ago, 21-Apr-03, to lugnet.town)

Cool! I really enjoy seeing buildings that include the surrounding areas, like parking lots, docks, etc. It's a lot of work, and space, to include all those details. Plus, your hospital has the real look of a modern hospital, with all the (...) (22 years ago, 21-Apr-03, to lugnet.town)

The hanging things in the engine bay are our PlymoVent exhaust system - the yellow flexible hose attaches to the vehicle exhaust, and when you turn on an engine, a big fan sucks exhaust out of the building. As for raising the roof -- that's a good (...) (22 years ago, 21-Apr-03, to lugnet.town)
