Jonathan,
You are totally correct - the tiller driver cab should be a few studs further
back, by 3 or 4 studs, like yours. Unfortunately, right now the truck just
barely fits inside the station I built. In real life the truck is almost as
long as the station is deep, so the scale is not too far off. I think making
the engine bays another 6 studs deeper and 1 or 2 higher would get it about
right, but I am tired of tearing down walls to expand the building! The
quarters also could be 6 studs deeper, since right now the spaces are a little
cramped.....
I see you've done a lot more 'selective compression' on your units. I like the
tiller cab design, and the ladder racks.

| (...) I have to admit most Tillers I've seen have the over hanging back like that. But I did at one time have a piture of a Tiller, from Seattle I think, that did NOT have an overhang, the back was straight. That is the tiller I copied when I built (...) (22 years ago, 26-Apr-03, to lugnet.town)
