  Re: New MOC 1930s Roadster

(...) Wassssup (...) Schweet roadster Robert! Looks great. Robots pretty good too. Make sure to repost pics when you redo the roadster. HLDITY to build it anyway? Hasta La Vista, Sean (22 years ago, 10-Oct-02, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.town, lugnet.modelteam)

Re: MOC: Another FedEx truck, & a 4-wide 2002 Mini Cooper

(...) The FedEx van was pretty quick. Structurally, it's pretty simple, just a big white box. I worked on it for 1/2 hour one night getting the rough shape, and then added in all the details the next day for maybe a 1/2 hour or so. The Mini Cooper (...) (22 years ago, 10-Oct-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: MOV(ersion) of the Meno Roadster

(...) No apologies necessary - the fudging was due to not having the parts I needed in the sand green color (I think it was the 1x3 slope). As it turns out those pieces are not really that visible in the finished model so they're really not missed. (...) (22 years ago, 10-Oct-02, to lugnet.town)

(...) oops, sorry about that:) (...) I wouldn't have thought of this color scheme (I'm a bright primary color guy), but it works really well! (...) You're very welcome! I really don't know what else to say. It's a high compliment when other AFOLs (...) (22 years ago, 10-Oct-02, to lugnet.town)

  New MOC 1930s Roadster

Hi all, Here is a little something i worked on a while back, finally photographed and uploaded to Brickshelf... I am rather proud of it, though i will be rebuilding it from the ground up soon - I hope to have it sit lower to the ground... It is a (...)   Re: MOC: Another FedEx truck, & a 4-wide 2002 Mini Cooper

(...) I have a 1x1-brick-with-recessed-stud ((URL) on its back, so that its top-stud faces out towards the front of the truck. This makes it 2/3 tall, so it fits perfectly between the grille and the fender-piece. Since the 1x1 tile is diagonal, it (...) (22 years ago, 9-Oct-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: MOC: Another FedEx truck, & a 4-wide 2002 Mini Cooper

(...) Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Here in Manhattan I've been seeing a new type of "mini" UPS / FedEx step-van around. They're taller than a cargo van, but not too much wider or longer. So I imagine that my 4-wide van is one of those, and my (...) (22 years ago, 9-Oct-02, to lugnet.town)

MOC: Another FedEx truck, & a 4-wide 2002 Mini Cooper

All: Hi there. A bunch of you have seen my 6-wide FedEx step-van already... I liked the way it came out, but it really didn't fit the scale of my city. So I recently built a 4-wide version of the same FedEx van. Here's the 4-wide van: (URL) here are (...) (22 years ago, 9-Oct-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.town) !
