  Re: Sidewalks for Minifig Safety

Mark & All, (...) Well, minifigs do fall over occasionally, but using them in a multiple of creations and shows now, most of them do stand the test. With trains and other things running by. And it is not too big of deal to stand a few up during a (...) (22 years ago, 22-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

  Sidewalks for Minifig Safety

Sidewalks are a topic I am interested in hearing peoples thoughts on. When building your city, do you include sidewalks? I have found that some town builders use tiles for sidewalks, which seems strange to me. Yes, it does match the "pavement" of (...) (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

In lugnet.town, Frank Filz writes: (snip) (...) The new road baseplates are now online on S@H (is it old news?) for $6,99 US. (URL) now 6 studs each side. The grey of the road seems to be darker than the old roads. Pierre (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: City/Town Buses MOCs out there???

(...) If you mix with trains at all, busses and trucks should be 6-wide. If you build trains at 8-wide (or 10-wide), busses and trucks should be similarly wider. The good news for those who like 6-wide or even 8-wide vehicles is the Jack Stone road (...) (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)

Hello all! (...) Thanks a lot for all of your input. There are some FANTASTIC buses out there. I have to say that Pierre's is the best one...for what I want to do with my town. But it seems to me that if one wants to make a functional bus (i.e. (...) (22 years ago, 21-Aug-02, to lugnet.town)
