  A Car Factory for Train3

I finished with my car factory today. This is the white building that is featured in the timelapse demonstration video. Here's a photo of the outside of the factory: (URL) roof is built with two 32x32 blue baseplates. On this side you can see a (...)   New MOC: Bus Station

Announcing my first Lugnet town MOC, and my first to go in the new lugnet.announce.moc newsgroup.... The Bus Station. Sporting a removable roof covering two lanes of buses, a waiting room with a ticket counter and a half-dozen chairs, and Spanish (...)   New MOC: 12 wide 1949 Mercury Foordoor Sedan

This is what chrome was made for! This model is the same scale as the cars at Legoland. The front doesn't quite look like the 1949/50 Mercury, but I still like it. (URL) LMKWYT! Comments, criticisms, questions, flames, welcome. --Bram Bram Lambrecht (...) (23 years ago, 13-Jan-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.town, lugnet.modelteam) !!

  Re: cornice

(...) Yes - it's another entry to the ISSC. It's just a small rural station building, and you'll see my windmill too: (URL) put this up before, but it's entered under Trains, not Town. Jason J Railton (23 years ago, 12-Jan-02, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch)

Thie first building of Legopolis is finally beginning to take form.

Many of you may not remember me asking about how to build buildings with windows at 45 degree angles and such. For those of you who do, you are now going to see why. My first building for my lego city of Legopolis is FAR from finished, but I justed (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)

  Re: cornice

(...) do you have a link to this station you mention? Thanks Jonathan (23 years ago, 11-Jan-02, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: cornice

(...) Me too - mainly because it's so hard to get a good selection of roof pieces. With my Brickley Station building, I re-built the roof over and over again, every time I found another dark grey slope hidden on a Star Wars model. Finally I was (...)   Re: Brickley Admiralty building - another ISCC entry

(...) I do like that scene. I think it could do with another boat perhaps. I don't let the number of bricks in other people's collections get to me, though I did buy a few extra bulk packs just for that one. I like the way your buildings are small (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: Brickley Admiralty building - another ISCC entry

(...) Thanks. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't be the first to show a building in those colours. The band were fun to do - finding lots of unique or unusual minifig parts and putting them all together. I try to come up with characters or (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)

  wembly fire station updated

I "renovated" the fire station I usually display at the train shows... I spent a bit of time laying down tile (88 tiles just for the apparatus floor), re-arranging the apparatus room so both fire hall rolling garage doors were together, with the (...)   church pics taken

just posting to let everyone know that I took pics. I finished the design in mid November, even though it was something that I had planned to buid in August, that I didn't have time to finish.... I brought it to a rtlToronto monthly dinner for a (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jan-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.town, lugnet.castle, lugnet.trains)

Re: Monthly MOC: Milk delivery van

(...) Thank you - it's Town too. It's from the same time period as Adventurers. (...) That was my plan... (...) I don't recall that movie but I think I know which vehicle you are referring to. It's an Italian mix between a scooter and a car - right? (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jan-02, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.town)

Re: Monthly MOC: Milk delivery van

(...) I love it! I am not sure I see the connection to adventurers (1) so I copied town too. As some may recall I did a Tine Dairy milk wagon for one of the vehicles in my ISCC entry. I can see I need to do a Tine Dairy '20s lorry too, and with your (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jan-02, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.town)

  Re: Two new buildings

(...) I have viewed (& printed out) your galleries many times. They are quite the inspiration. I have tried to adopt your "mini land detail in mini fig scale" idea's. If you look at this pic, you can see how I used the log bricks in a similar manner (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jan-02, to lugnet.town)

  Re: cornice

(...) I look forward to seeing the window sill. It's funny, I build a lot of my buildings from the top down as well. A couple of them I built 'from the windows out'. (windows were made first.) Jonathan (23 years ago, 10-Jan-02, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: doors and windows pack
