I've made rear-mount towers in the past, but in order for them to fit in
the stations, the bucket has to pretty much cover the front window, so I
went with the mid-mounts. I like the mid-mounts because they allow the
trucks to get closer to the fire building, becuase there is less truck
between the building and the turntabe. I have another one on my site
www.geocities.com/legotom1/stlegofd.html. My site hasn't been updated in
about 8 months, but I hope to soon.

Hi all,

I just put up a few pictures of a new station I just finished for the St.
Lego Fire Dept. It is an old style station with a tower and a sloped roof.

Pictures are at http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=5076

Let me know what you think

Thanks

Tom D

That looks cool, I also lloked at the other images, I noticed you have a
midship airel platform truck, I've noticed that lots of poeple have midships
now, which is amazing to me, when all of the Sixby & Woodchuck thucks are
stern mounted.  Anyways, I like the hose tower...
