  Re: Marine Research Institute

(...) Whoah, that's tall! It's also very creative, using those space domes like a huge bay window kinda thing. How did you mount them sideways? Alan (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

Re: Calling all LEGO City and Town webmasters!

(...) My site, (URL) , has a good bit of town on the LDraw Page, and I am about to add some more stuff. Alan (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.town, lugnet.publish)

Calling all LEGO City and Town webmasters!

Hello- My name is Chris Fortier and I am the new editor of the Open Directory Project's (dmoz.org) LEGO: Town category. I want to bring in as many quality LEGO City and Town sites into this directory as possible. I have been searching long and hard (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.town, lugnet.publish)

  My mountain is basically done!

Awhile back I posted a message on how to build a Lego mountain. One guy e- mailed me with pictures of his styrofoam mountain. I was very impressed so I followed in his footsteps. It is made out of styrofoam and took quite awhile to build. I put on (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Soccer buses

(...) You know something? I really DO want to try putting new wheels on. However, living in a town in South Dakota, we're the last ones to get anything new. I don't even know if soccer Legos will make it out here. It seems to me they are out (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Sporting Goods Store

(...) Are you making a LEGO City 3? (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Soccer buses

(...) The wheels are kind of ugly, but I don't think they realy hurt the bus. It looks like you could use the more decorative Adventurer car wheels, althouhgh that doesn't really make sense for a bus. Try it anyway. (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

Re: New pics of coming update (Fire Related)

Those are some nice buildings and engines. I like the use of regular and inverse arches on the station. Brad (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Sporting Goods Store

I was planning to build a sports store with my left-over soccer parts, but LEGO City 2 had to be demolished before that could happen. Bradley Dale <dinosauria_ca@yahoo.ca> wrote in message news:Fx1ML7.KCH@lugnet.com... (...) skis, (...) this, or (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Soccer buses

The buses really don't look all that bad. However, I'm wondering if those wheels can be changed somehow. Those are the most god-awful wheels I've ever seen. Can the wheels that have been on the trucks for the past 6 years or so be put on somehow? I (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Marine Research Institute

(...) Thanks! It was approximately 4 feet high. Believe it or not, I was actually able to move the entire structure! I had to construct it elsewhere, and then lift it over the railroad tracks into the position you see in the photos. If you've ever (...)   Re: Marine Research Institute

(...) Cool tower, looks better than ever! How tall is it now (in feet/inches)? (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

  Marine Research Institute

I have created a 16 story marine research building incorporating many aquazone and space parts. Some of you may recognize the lower sections as my older Aquarium building. Here is the link to the new pictures: (URL) is the link to my main web page: (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

I made some great alternates for #6564 Recycle Truck, honestly!

Last night we discussed how Lego garbage trucks were fast becoming garbage themselves. I was playing with my 6564 today, and I actually managed to build stuff with it! Including a non-vehicle! Here are three models I came up with- 6564 Street Washer (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Soccer bus stickers

(...) Actually, I've got some 20 year old minifigs with stickers (many of the earlier minifigs had stickers instead of printing) and none have peeled off at all. (although I have no idea whether current stickers are as good, I'd expect they are.) (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  My site has moved

I am physically in the process of moving, so I've had to move my LEGO web site to a new server. Please use the following new link: (URL) LUGNET CLSOTW reference already points to this new link. The old link will continue to function for a few more (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

  Re: Soccer bus stickers

(...) decal. (...) I'll pass. The bus looks good they way it is. Minifig decals would be awful, they would probalby peel off easily. (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Soccer bus stickers

(...) There are two that go on the rear side windows and one that goes on the sloped roof piece on the front. You also get 12 minifig-sized stickers that you can use to create "uniforms" and another sheet of player numbers. My biggest complaint is (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Soccer bus stickers

(...) Where on the soccer bus do you put the stickers? I am looking at the 2000 S@H booklet that comes with Lego sets, and I do not see any decals on the bus. The minifigs are kind of plain, do you put the stickers on them? I do not like stickers (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.town)
