  Vignette - Admiral's Quarters

The Admiral has been locked inside his swanky cabin so long, I think the poor old fellow is going a little crazy. But, at least he's got a nice room to go nuts in. (Heck, insanity is a great way to pass the time!) ;-) (URL) -Mike "Count Blockula" (...)   Re: Library Scenes

Hello! That's a great rendition of a modern library! I also like very much how you worked with the the minifigs. Nice details! Bye Jojo (URL) --> (URL) my own library> (20 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Ice Cream Shop

(...) Very nice. It reminds me of a local ice cream shop that's also in an older building. It's a Graters here in Cincinnati, OH. Everyone who's lived in the Cincinnati area knows about Graters. They still make their ice cream by hand. They were (...) (20 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Library Scenes

(...) Thanks for your feedback! (...) Depends on what part of the library you're in. Let's assume the page is in hardcover fiction... yeah, that's the ticket. And, um, my coworker and I are only scanning the paperbacks. Yup. Seriously, you make a (...) (20 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Library Scenes

(...) These look great. But one problem the books are all the same size, in a real library that would never happen. Don't know about your library but we get yelled at for bringing a chair to the circ desk, heck we get yelled at for having books on (...) (20 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Library Scenes

(...) AWESOME! It's amazing how one library looks like all libraries! These were so good, I passed them on to the Department Head of my Library - I think she'd really get a kick out of them. Superman! (2 URLs) Christopher Reeve played a hero on screen but was even more heroic in his life. Here's my little tribute. I can't take any credit for the fig design, BTW.   Re: Ice Cream Shop

Amy & All, (...) This is a really nice building, and I just love that color. Lynn, my wife, is calling that color Fench vanilla, which is just too apropriate for the ice cream shop. : ) I was looking at the pictures yesterday, when she came in the (...)   Ice Cream Shop

This one's a year old. I'm just getting around to taking decent pictures of it before I tear it down. This is the ice cream shop I've shown with MichLUG and Michiana-LUG as part of the block that contains the sand red hotel and tan museum. (URL) (...)
