Hey man thanks for the joint pics!! Those joints remind me alot of the Alpha
Team arm-thingies. Those are going to be fun to tinker with!! As for you
getting those sets, you are one lucky guy. I work at Wal-mart and got busted
snooping through the new sets last week. They are not to hit the shelves
until April 23rd (except the Jedi Starfighter whch you can buy now) but most
stores I guess aren't as strick as mine.

| (...) No problem! I also should note that since posting, I've put it together. The new "purplish" parts on the 8012 are more blue than purple. | (...) I managed to get 2 of the battle droids and a Slave 1 before they were recalled. BTW, the joint elements in 8012 are compatible with the Alpha Team arm and socket elements. I'm working on a humanoid mecha project with the pieces and so far, it (...) (23 years ago, 6-Apr-02, to lugnet.technic)
