We also need to come up with a good name that refers collectively to all these
action-figurish technic sets.  Mecha, maybe, but that word makes me think of

I know slizer is the name for the throwbots, per se, but the other things
are closely related (at least IMO) and they need the same group.  Slizer
sounds cool, anyway.

Any word on Boss Roborider?  I thought it was going to be a 2000 set, Technic
UK's had a picture of it up since last summer...

It's a Europe-only set.  Darn.

Why, oh why, does Lego tease us so with the Bionicle pictures?  Most of the
other 2001 sets have been out for weeks and it's still 2000...

I know!  I've already come up with a storyline for them and know which ones
I'm planning to buy (sort of as dark throwbots).

Throwbot:     Bionicle:
Ski           Kopaka
Electro       Gali

Then for my others it's a bit confusing....I also have Granite and Amazon,
and I plan to get the Onua bionicle, but I'm not sure whether to make that
Granite's "rival" and get Lewa or make it Amazon's and get Pohatu.
