There's also the specialized rear suspension element: A black bent,
snaking liftarm.  This element can also be found in the rear lift of
the blue 8462 tow truck.  There's a total of fourof these wierd
liftarms in the 8462 and one in the 8417 Mag Wheel Master.  I don't
know if it exists in any other sets.

Thanks! From Technica: 32079 Beam, rounded, 10 x 1, w/ offset cross hole. This would be easier if I was at home looking at my 8417! (...) (24 years ago, 21-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic)

This does not help you much in Canada, but the LEGO Outlet Store at Potomac Mills Mall in Woodbridge, Virginia has quite a few of the Mag Wheel Master (with labels on the box from Legoland, California) for about US$ 30. Glöckner is correct about the (...) (24 years ago, 21-Nov-00, to lugnet.technic)
