Has TLC or any builder on the net ever come out with a wheel rim that allows for
the swingarm to be the centroid of the tire?  It would make 4-wheel drive
systems, steering systems and suspensions so much better.

Two wheel hubs come to mind that are quite deep.

The hubs of the 8466 off roader (which are the same hubs as the silver champion)
are quite deep.

This set (8466) also contains some good drive/steering/suspention parts, enought
for all 4 wheels.

The wheel hubs of the 8448 supercar are also quite deep.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for all the feedback.  I was unable to post lately due to the fact that I
am back in college and adjusting to that.

It sounds like there are no TLC wheels that allow the swingarm to be in the
centroid of the tire, but the 8466 rims come close.

Thanks
