Two wheel hubs come to mind that are quite deep.
The hubs of the 8466 off roader (which are the same hubs as the silver champion)
are quite deep.

This set (8466) also contains some good drive/steering/suspention parts, enought
for all 4 wheels.
The wheel hubs of the 8448 supercar are also quite deep.

It sounds like there are no TLC wheels that allow the swingarm to be in the centroid of the tire, but the 8466 rims come (...) (17 years ago, 24-Jan-08, to lugnet.technic)
