The "three-point tiller suspension" is better known as a three-point hitch, at least to this semi-farmboy. "Three-point tiller suspension" pretty well (...) (25 years ago, 11-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

  micro motor question

I've just received a micro-motor, and had planned to have it activate the steering on a RCX vehicle I built, but it won't with enough force to reach full camber. What are these motors typically used for? thanks! scott (25 years ago, 11-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

Yep. This is a known problem with the early releases of sets with that part. I've had three go. Call LEGO, and they'll send you another one. On Sat, 10 Jun 2000, Ram Meenakshisundaram (<000001bfd314$ef520600$e9a94 f0c@y6j4v6>) wrote at 19:49:04 (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Broken "hydraulic" pump on 8446

Howdy, The "hydraulic" cylinder used in the cockpit of my 8446 has broken. Don't know how it happend as it's actually broken internally. I'm using Lego's own term for this part -- as described in the 2000 LSAH catalog for both the 8446 and the Indy (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

(...) says that the vehicle has "three point tiller suspension". However, from what I can see, this vehicle does not have any suspension at all. Is there something I am missing? (I set followup to lugnet.technic.) Fredrik (25 years ago, 10-Jun-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.technic)

  Motorising the 8880

Has anyone had any luck motorising the 8880 supercar? Having just aquired a rotation sensor I wanted to put it to good use in a steering mechanism, so I rebuilt this monster. I have managed to incorperate an RCX in the front in place of all the (...) (25 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Topgun fall off 8002 droid

Hello, I have just build the 8002 droid. When it "unfold" often the topgun fall off and the side guns dont unfold. Is this a known problem or could I have build it wrong.
