I truly hate sites with three commercial popups, but boy, they are seriously cool models. Must be a mate of this guy: (URL) Arnesson <tnt@arnesson.nu> wrote in message news:3ca1aa19.139222...net.com... (...) (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Worm gear box

According to the parts reference database on Technica, the Throwbot/Slizer gearbox appears in three sets: 8504 - Jet/Judge 8506 - Granite/Rock 8507 - Electro/Energy (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic.slizer)

  Worm gear box

On www adress (URL) read that there's some kind of gearbox in Slizers. Does it contain every Slizer or only some of them?? Thanks in advance Robert (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic.slizer)

Goooooood! nice to see it moving, altough it is VERY small picture. (maybe it's problem on my side? I will try) Robert (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: POTW

(...) Uh, doh! Thanks for picking up on this. I have to admit to not looking the part over very carefully. When I get home tonight I'll look at it closely and measure the gear diameter. It certainly appears to be 1/4 of a gear, but there are 8 teeth (...) (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Need Instruction Scans - Trike Buggy (set 1257 or 3000)

Oh ok *whew* - I thought you meant 35 different SETS, didnt think about the various alternatives that were in a given set. But I would like a list, so at least I can have a reference (might not be able to build all 35 or so AT ONCE, but I think I (...) (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)

  POTW

A query about "Modified arm with quarter 20t double bevel gear on one end". If it's a quarter gear, and has 8 teeth, how can it be a quarter 20t gear? Or is there something fundamentally wrong with the universe? Does 6 x 9 really = 42? ROSCO (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: More new parts ...

(...) I never considered a divide existed between the two catagories, The two types System and Technic always worked so perfectly together. I've aways used lots of plates, a rarer technic component, in my models and I went mainly overto Technic from (...) (23 years ago, 26-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)

  More new parts ...

I have recently purchased 4793 - Ogel Shark Sub. In looking through the parts (I didn't buy it to build) I notice a few useful looking new ones - some intriguing cross axle couplers and dayglo orange "wheels". The wheels look ideally suited to be (...) (23 years ago, 26-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Wire question

I'm curious as to how many different lengths there are of this wire ((URL) because peeron has the wires listed in lengths in terms of centimeters and Lego studs.   Disappointment on Bohrok

Picked up #8564, Lehvak the other day. Pretty cool. Picked up #8560, Pahrak today. What the hey? Only thing different is the colors and the hands. I had expected more variation. Now I'm not sure I'll even go after the other Bohroks. I can understand (...) (23 years ago, 26-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)
