Re: Rahi from the Unexplored Land of Publikdomayne

(...) Elijah, great job with these. Very creative use of parts that would otherwise be considered useless. I also must compliment your quality in photographs. Great settings and resolution on most of them. Thanks for sharing. - Steve (23 years ago, 9-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

The first pictures of the DEMAG CC12600 of Ron Jansen. (URL) very busy with other stuff at the moment but next winter he will continue the construction of this huge model.   Re: Bohrok Speculation

(...) Fascinating. I can't discern what's going on with the head. There is a fat 20-tooth gear in its belly, though. The chassis seems to be a variation/amplification of the Tohunga chassis. The hands (is that left hand for throwing discs?), arms, (...) (23 years ago, 9-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Re: Does anyone else think a Bionicle show would rock?

(...) Jason, you are probably correct, it wouldn't take much to expand the show. However, you have to factor in writing, plot, and other development for an entire series, and that would be a huge undertaking. Something, I believe, is not the LEGO (...)   Does anyone else think a Bionicle show would rock?

Hey Guys, While watching Toonami on Kid's WB afternoon, a Bionicle commercial for the Rahi came on. Now, I'd already been seduced by the previous commercials enough to buy every Toa set and I plan on more puchasing more; However I had not yet seen (...)   Rahi from the Unexplored Land of Publikdomayne

Hello, After buying our first Toa my 4 year old set me to work building rahi and "villagers". I do robotics with technic so I have a lot of parts laying around.   Masks as Christmas ornaments

If you look at the latest LEGO Shop@Home catalog, you'll notice on the cover that there is a cartoon depicting a Christmas tree with Kanohi used as ornaments.   Straightening technic tubing?

Is there some secret technique to it? I'm talking about the thin semi-rigid tubing that was used in the Podracer sets for the "reins" to the engines. I've got them in mind for a current project, but I'd like them straight, and most of mine are (...) (23 years ago, 8-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic)

(...) To add, I have, of course, JB's pressure transducer. Besides the ultrasonic range sensor, the IR proximity sensor and the magnetic compass sensor. They all worked faultlessly and are products of a master craftsman indeed. (23 years ago, 8-Nov-01, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)
