How I store my Lego —Peter Roberts
I thought I'd tell people about my Lego storage system... Because I can and because it might be useful for people if they want to make their own. My storage system is probably more expensive than yours. It cost about £87 (c.$156) (Including boxes). (...) (20 years ago, 5-Oct-04, to lugnet.storage, FTX)

Re: How I store my Lego —David Eaton
(...) Heh, I dunno, I bet most people spend a good chunk of change on storage systems. I've easily tallied up over $700 worth just now out of curiosity. I've got 28 slotted slotted sorty-bins worth about $230, 43 tupperware bins worth about $363.50, (...) (20 years ago, 6-Oct-04, to lugnet.storage)

Re: How I store my Lego —Peter Roberts
(...) I was wondering if anyone used those. That was my original plan for storgae back when I was about 10 and tried sorting it. I never got very far though... I had a lot less Lego then. (...) Same as mine... But you already knew that. I'll try to (...) (20 years ago, 6-Oct-04, to lugnet.storage)

Re: How I store my Lego —Peter Roberts
(...) It's fun being under 18 and able to live without worryng about accomodation ;). On the other hand, it's bad being under 18 because my mum says I have so much Lego that I'm not allowed to buy any more until I leave home. (...) True (...) The (...)          Re: How I store my Lego —David Eaton
(...) Ahhh, memories. (...) Dang, I missed my cue. "Ahhh, memories." :) The closest I can come is fitting all my Lego into one room-- but that hasn't happened in a few years :) (...) Huh! Interesting considering that 18 was the age that I switched (...) (20 years ago, 6-Oct-04, to lugnet.storage)

Re: How I store my Lego —Peter Roberts
(...) It's scary thinking of a Lego collection that makes that a challenge (...) I said I was {under 18} not 18. That black bin did it for me too. I can remember when I started sorting a while back and my brother said, 'You should sort by colour, (...) (20 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.storage)

I have a number of transparent plastic bins, some sorter (...) (20 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.storage)

Re: How I store my Lego —Peter Roberts
(...) It is now. (...) I can't help you with tens of thousands, sorry. (...) I hate it when that happens (...) That's normal. The obvious solution would be to stop them coming, but excluding kids from your Lego collection seems a bit selfish and (...) (20 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.storage)
