Conveniently, _exact_ coordinates aren't really necessary.

Anyone remember ICBM addresses? This was a gag going round the net a
decade or so ago where you would put in your sig your lat and long down
to the second so that if some flamer needed to send you the ultimate
flame, he'd know where to send it.

That would be a lot easier nowadays, what with cheap GPS receivers so widely
available.
So ICBM would be what, InterContinental Ballistic Message?
