Hi all,

Finally I got the sets. Except for the TIE Fighter / Y-Wing which was
not in the store yet. Next week...

Nah, just look in different stores! My store told me that there are three
different packages, stores could order from TLG. My store didn't have the Y-
wing either, but a BartSmit (toystore) nearby did have it, but lacked the X-
wing.

But I have some comments I would like to share:
1. On page 38 step 4 of the Snowspeeder you can see a dark grey 1x2 tile
grill that is only on that wing. Why would that be? I have used the one
same piece from the Landspeeder on my Snowspeeder.

I built my snowspeeder, but didn't come across that one. Perhaps I should have
another look...

2. I think the X-Wing pilot doesn't fit that well. I think this is only
thing that is wrong in the X-Wing design.

You're right! The pilot can't even move his arms to pilot the craft.

3. Luke's (black) hand in the Speederbikes is on the wrong arm! I
believe it was Luke's right hand that was "cut" off. In other words
ofcourse that the black and yellow hand are switched. Pitty...

But if you look at the instructions, his right hand is black. And on the box
also. So, you just have to swap his hands (pull the hands straight out) and
you have a genuine Luke.

Anyone want to comment on these things? But furthermore: I LIKE THEM!
Especially the many dark grey, orange and sand color pieces and
minifigs.

I like them also. Especially because of the size of the models. Comparing the
size of the X-wing to the 6887, which is also a one-man attack-ship, the X-
wing is way bigger!

Greetingz...

Sjaacko

Greetsz,
Mark
