Either you, or some hapless person standing at what Derek BELIEVES your
coordinates are.
Anyone remember ICBM addresses? This was a gag going round the net a
decade or so ago where you would put in your sig your lat and long down
to the second so that if some flamer needed to send you the ultimate
flame, he'd know where to send it.
