Yeah, that about sums it up.  It is worth noting, though, that the cover places
it in the hangar on the Droid Control Ship (the cover of the Naboo Fighter box
shows Anakin sweeping into the bay).  If they had meant it to be something from
the Naboo hangar, surely they would have made the cover there- after all, both
hangars had Battle Droids in them.

So, it's basically a miscellaneous piece of support equipment- but, more
importantly, it's a source of some tan bricks!  Wizard! [1]
