It can. If you already have one of those canopies (same one as in the Naboo
fighter) you'll recall it has stud-holes on the front. Stick it on top of a
tilt-bearing hinge (that's what I've heard them called anyway), and voila.
Hmm... got any plans for those 2000 grey corner bricks? <grin>
