I have to second this. I just recently had a couple train sets which
when I went to build them, found the sticker sheets missing. I conducted
a pretty thorough search and then called CA. The woman was very
apologetic and said she'd get them out in the mail.
There has been some discussion about the disadvantages of TLG as a
private company (mostly wrto market research), this is one of the
biggest advantages of TLG being a private company. There is a caring
owner who is willing to eat the upfront cost of good customer relations.
My mom just retired from a large bank, she had started for a smaller
bank before they were sold to the larger bank. She worked in the
customer service answering phones, and has talked many times about how
different things were after the merger (she was glad she had reached
retirement eligibility).
(not sure if market theory is the best followup but seems reasonable -
Todd should this kind of discussion go on under lugnet.market,.theory or
lugnet.general, before market.theory existed, general was the obvious
place, but I'm not sure now?)

| One thing you might want to check first is that you didn't use it someplace else that it wasn't supposed to be used. I had this problem at first with the Sub. I also always seem to have this problem between the grey and drk. grey when looking at the (...) (26 years ago, 6-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)
