Those boots look kind of neat, farmboy!

Hey, did anyone catch the scene in ANH when Leia and Luke are on the Falcon and they swap pants? Check out the MF characters at (URL) . --Dave (24 years ago, 21-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) wielding sabers is actually a clip from Braveheart. Other scenes are from various shows and movies that confirmed actors in the movie are in (with occasional saber blades included for great effect :-) ...I've prolly watched the 'trailer' 10 (...)   Just an observation

I didn't really know where this fit, but I thought this might be the best place. At my local Target, they have a model of the UCS X-wing in a display case. Unless I am crazy, its only half of the model, against a mirror. I just thought that was kind (...) (24 years ago, 21-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Star Wars Episode II trailer

(...) Hey now, there's no need to apologize. I hadn't yet heard of or seen it, and it was entertaining to watch through and notice all the little things...after I saw your original post. So, I'd like to say thanks. Gave me something else to do. :-) (...) (24 years ago, 20-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Speculation about a Storm Trooper

If they made a Technic Storm Trooper, what would it do? Fall over when you aimed a laser pointer at it -- just like the real thing! ;) (24 years ago, 20-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Star Wars Episode II trailer

(...) For those of you that guessed that this was a hoax trailer you are most certainly correct. It's been out for a couple weeks now. It's very well composited and pays tribute to a couple movies. The ones that I spotted after watching it a few (...) (24 years ago, 19-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Star Wars Episode II trailer

Re: Star Wars Episode II trailer

Well, if the thing said '2002', there could be a whole lot more production to do. To get big summer ratings, like Ep1 did, it would release May 2002. That is still almost 2 years away. They could only have like 20 minutes of footages so far. Rick (24 years ago, 19-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Star Wars Episode II trailer

(...) It's very well done, but I believe it is a hoax. There are too many scenes from Ep 1 when all the scenes should be from Ep 2. That scene with Boba Fett seems like it came from one of the original trilogy for some reason... Also, wouldn't it (...) (24 years ago, 19-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Star Wars Episode II trailer

Wow! Where did you find that? I thought it was cool, but I also think it is probably a hoax. Interesting to see, though. Who knows, maybe it is the real thing. Adam (...) (24 years ago, 19-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Star Wars Episode II trailer

(...) One more I forgot: This file is a Windows AVI, and Lucasfilm is completely and publicly allied with Apple and Quicktime, and all of their previous video & image releases have been in that format.
