  Re: Millennium Falcon Opinion

(...) This hasn't been mentioned yet, so I guess I'll throw in my $0.02. Personally, I'd rather have all matching bricks for my MOCs, but if you look at the stuff that some of the younger kids submit to the Lego magazine, they often are just (...) (24 years ago, 24-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Millennium Falcon Opinion

(...) So? Does that mean LEGO should pander to the lowest-common-denominator and the short-of-attention-span by making their sets build-by-color? Bah. I think long-time LEGO builders all possess a certain retentiveness that allows them to paw (...) (24 years ago, 24-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Millennium Falcon Opinion

(...) It all depends on your definitions. 'Suffering' to one person is 'enjoying' to another.[1] Some kids would be highly frustrated by having to backtrack a couple of steps. Some won't.   A Millennium Falcon Question

I was wondering if the Falcon has guns on the bottom as well as on the top? Thanks. Adam (24 years ago, 24-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Site Updated/Move

I've updated my SW Lego page with pictures of my revised Imperial Shuttle, the Emporer's Throne Room, and instructions on how to build a Probot based on one seen in the Star Wars Lego display at the Lego Imagination Center at The Mall of America.   Re: Millennium Falcon Opinion

For me, the real problem with the scale of the lego MF has been solved, and that was that it seemed like the cockpit was meant only for one passenger. That was what bothered me most. The other things that bother me are the inside being divided up (...) (24 years ago, 23-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Princess Leia?

(...) My sentiments exactly. Why pay 1/6 the cost of the MF for 1 fig, when you can pay full price and get all 6 figs, and a ton of pieces. So what if the model sucks? More pieces for the collection is ALWAYS a good thing. -Chris (24 years ago, 23-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) <set:7190> Millennium Falcon. Have you been under a rock, or something? ;-) And, last I checked, the bidding was something like $17. I'll just spend 6 times that and get 6(?) minifigs, and a ton of grey (and blue, and red, sigh) pieces. -Chris (24 years ago, 23-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

July release? I saw a whole bunch of them (and the MTTs) at Toys R Us yesterday, so they must be out now. Timbo (24 years ago, 23-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Star Wars and Rock Raiders

I've thought of using a Rock Monster as The Rancor since the Rock Raiders first came out... it wouldn't be too difficult, just through a chain on the Rock Monster and voila! I also think a white Rock Monster would make a good wompa (SP?) Hopefully (...) (24 years ago, 23-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)
