  Re: If only...

(...) There are rumors (unsubstantiated, AFAIK) that the TIE Droid will either show up in Ep3 or be inserted into at least one of the DVD releases of the original trilogy. If these rumors had popped up independantly, I'd suggest taking them with (...) (20 years ago, 4-Sep-04, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

  Re: If only...

(...) Or how about instead of one of the twin copies of the basic TIE, since that way we'd at least get four distinct models? Or instead of Vader's TIE, since that way it'd be great as an army-builder set? Even better yet, they could have included (...) (20 years ago, 4-Sep-04, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

  Re: If only...

(...) Um, I did post this to the Star Wars group, right? I didn't think I made a cross post into Space... As for why X-Wings, Y-Wings & TIEs seem to be the most popular - well, in the 3 movies, they are the fighters shown the most often. The Rebels (...)   Re: If only...

(...) I know this is a 'fictional' set - I was just wishfully thinking that TLC should have released a mini-fig scale TIE Interceptor - or at least included it in the new TIE Fighters pack (instead of the TIE Droid!). (20 years ago, 4-Sep-04, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

  Re: Some SW Minifigures

(...) I have had a black one. But I know what you mean. Cool. :) (20 years ago, 3-Sep-04, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

  Re: Some SW Minifigures

(...) There's a lot of very good ideas there. Nice one. I've done Jawas like that, though they look even better if you add a brown cloak front and back. Jason Railton (20 years ago, 3-Sep-04, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

  Re: Some SW Minifigures

(...) Whats on the back of Ackbar's head? I would have thought sculpy or clay of somekind, but you say they are all Lego pieces. :) Just curious. -Alfred (20 years ago, 2-Sep-04, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

  Some SW Minifigures

Hello dear fellows! You know I love Mini Models, nevertheless I made some minifigures as well to complete what TLC hasn't made yet. All minifigures are made out of official parts only, so everyone can make his own. :-) Here is the BS gallery link: (...) (20 years ago, 2-Sep-04, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.starwars, FTX) !

  Oops...

I didn't read Mark's message on the Tie Interceptor set. He said, with the subject "If only..." lego made this set. I missinterpreted this as a question. My bad... Now I understand part of Kevin's message better, although I still disagree with a few (...) (20 years ago, 1-Sep-04, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: If only...

(...) Set 4797 is the "Ogel Mutant Killer Whale" set, as listed by both Peeron and LUGNET's Lego Set Database. So the "Interceptor set" must be fictional. Bill Pfund (20 years ago, 1-Sep-04, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

While the Tie Fighter may not be the coolest ship out there, it does have a nostalga to it, especially for a Star Wars buff. In the (...) (20 years ago, 1-Sep-04, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

(...) ah, I love this piece. but when I say love it's not an orgasmic "Oh my god this is the best piece Lego have ever created and it is so useful in so many ways" love. It's a "wow, this is a cool piece" love. ANYWAY I believe that the Trans Blue (...) (20 years ago, 29-Aug-04, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.cad)
