Re: new geometry for 2x2 plate with peg in mini-ATST

(...) Spotted this on the Ogel Shark Sub <set:4793> a while ago. The side planes are attached to one of these plates, plugged into a 2x2x2 brick with a raised circle of tiny teeth. The planes can be clicked to different angles. All this faffing (...) (22 years ago, 3-Mar-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: A Forum Debut and a MOC too!

Thanks Chris! 1) Heh...Should've realized that the same thing happened to those pics when I opened the HUGE "SputterFireDroid" pic after uploading it directly from the camera. ;-P Should be fixed now. 2) I agree that those 2x2 black plates take away (...)   Re: A Forum Debut and a MOC too!

Welcome Andrew, Always glad to have a new face in space. 1 posting note: Hoo, shrink them pictures! They's HUGE. 2 MOC notes: I like the overall look of this.   Re: new geometry for 2x2 plate with peg in mini-ATST

(...) These have been different for a while now. I checked my stock of these parts (part number 2476) and a majority of the ones I have are the new style. Many of these came from my RBR though. And yes, the part numbers are the same. Adrian -- (URL) (22 years ago, 27-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: new geometry for 2x2 plate with peg in mini-ATST

(...) Interesting! Is the part number the same as the original 2x2 plate w/ peg? I'll have to try it when I get home... Dave! (22 years ago, 27-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

new geometry for 2x2 plate with peg in mini-ATST

The 2x2-plate-with-downw...echnic-peg in the mini-ATST set has some new features around the peg. If I'm not mistaken, it will plug into the socket-half of the new click-hinges (e.g. found on the super battle droid), and hold its position! Anyone (...) (22 years ago, 27-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Disappointment with Snowtroopers

  Disappointment with Snowtroopers

I don't know, I think it's just disappointing at how they made the snowtroopers. Does anyone else have comments? It looks fine, until you see the helmet. I think they could have done a little better, with the imperial guard helmet being done nicely, (...) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)
