  Re: Toy Fair

(...) Try and get a shot of the Mini space shuttle attatched to the ISS as well. Good shots of the trains would be nice. Also, see if you can answer one of the most burning questions: Is the nose on the passenger train 1-piece? If they have em, pics (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Toy Fair

(...) Star Wars: I assume you'll cover every inch of Star Wars but since I haven't noticed it mentioned yet, I'm sure we're all interested in the new MINIs, too. Trains: Two new trains most important, station and crane less important. Space Program (...) (22 years ago, 10-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Mini Alphabet Project

(...) Well I would have liked to see how you would have done some of these. Not sure if I'll do them all or anymore after this batch. We'll see. (...) My favorite also. (...) It's not the item, it's the purpose that makes it. You got an exclusive item. Let me revise my request on that part, tho...maybe a PDF or JPEG of the invite flyer included. I work in advertising, so I'm always interested in looking at (...) (22 years ago, 10-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Toy Fair

(...) On the Start wars topic, I would like to see a good pic or two of the Hailfire droid. On the non-Star Wars side, I would like to see some closeup pics of the NASA sets. And on the personal side, I'd love to have the LEGO invite you got for the (...) (22 years ago, 10-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Bib Fortuna's drift skimmer - The Krayt

I was gonna call it Bib's Benalyn DM, but you know...copyright issues and all. :) Considering the awesome weirdness of some of the Alphabet designs, the ensuing bizzaro throwdown should be a real treat! -Giltron 9000.1 (...) (22 years ago, 10-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Bib Fortuna's drift skimmer - The Krayt

This is what .space needs, very weird MOCs like this. That shape is so way out that I speculate the Giltron had a little too much cough syrup before building this. When I'm done with a certain grammar project I'm going be doing a lot of this (weird (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Electronic Mod: 10026 UCS Naboo Fighter with Flickering Engine Lights

(...) Hey that's very effective. Well done. Ah, the ol' 555 astable timer circuit. You know, it's not such a great leap from what you did to making your own circuit board. You could probably make one about half the size of your perf board if you (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Hey, that's neat (did I just use 'neat'?) Tom! I really like a few of the light enhanced projects floating around these days. It looks as if you've fit all the components internally...not an easy task I'm sure. Cool. -G (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Electronic Mod: 10026 UCS Naboo Fighter with Flickering Engine Lights

A blue LED in each engine flahsing at 12 Hz makes for a rather cool looking flame effect. Pictures, circuit diagrams, wiring details, all available on the page: (URL) me know what you think! -- Tom (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)
