Re: Electronic Mod: 10026 UCS Naboo Fighter with Flickering Engine Lights

Hey, that's neat (did I just use 'neat'?) Tom! I really like a few of the light enhanced projects floating around these days. It looks as if you've fit all the components internally...not an easy task I'm sure. Cool. -G (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Minifigs took over building my Imperial Star Destroyer!

Hey, that's cool! I like the character of all those little blue men running around. I particullarly like the picture with the crane hauling minifigs down the sorting cabinets, and the picture of the minifigs hauling the engine up is good, too. How (...)   Electronic Mod: 10026 UCS Naboo Fighter with Flickering Engine Lights

A blue LED in each engine flahsing at 12 Hz makes for a rather cool looking flame effect. Pictures, circuit diagrams, wiring details, all available on the page: (URL) me know what you think! -- Tom (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: ...the hell?!?

Well, in looking over his auction carefully, I have noted that: 1) He does not say MISB, just describes them as being Sealed. Obviously anyone who collects Kenner Star Wars Action Figures or LEGOs will realise that he sealed them himself (or (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Minifigs took over building my Imperial Star Destroyer!

Hi all, I'm not a frequent visitor to this newsgroup but I thought this was something you folks might get a kick out of. I received my Imperial Star Destroyer for Christmas (man was I excited), and after a good start, for various reasons I had to (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: ...the hell?!?

Looks like the seller got a hold of some blank/unused cardboard backings for the Kenner figs. Looking at the Darth Maul one, there is no name in the Red Box nor is there a UPC code on it. (Of course it could also be a bad pitcure.) Then place (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

I'm guessing the seller bought 4 of those mini action figures sets, somehow carefully opened them up, then stuck the mini-fig inside, (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: ...the hell?!?

That's terrible. What idiot would be dumb enough to bid on those?!?! They say Kenner right on them! Besides, isn't that illegal, using Kenner's packaging for a Lego product? Clever though, and kinda nifty. -Stefan- (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: New MOC: N-1 Naboo Starfighter

Wow...that's a lot of yellow 1x1 tiles. Very cool. That back section is very intricate, and I like the way yo contoured the bottom just with the slopes. The SNOT front is also really nice. Great rendition! -Stefan- (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  New MOC: N-1 Naboo Starfighter

Hey guys, I've uploaded my Naboo Starfighter MOC. You can see it here: (URL) 1:1 scale, so it can't hold mini-figs (at least not with keeping it proportional to itself).
