Well, in looking over his auction carefully, I have noted that: 1) He does not say MISB, just describes them as being Sealed. Obviously anyone who collects Kenner Star Wars Action Figures or LEGOs will realise that he sealed them himself (or should!). 2) He does state they are LEGO mini-figures. I think it's rather clever. Now if he had shown this on brinkshelf as a novel/creative way to display a few minifigs, no one would have a problem. Granted he made his listing appear to imply that this is how these have been originally packaged (he's taking the Used Car Salesman approach). Only the pictures themselves show that these are LEGO minifigs (re)sealed in Kenner action figure packaging. Personally, I think if he had gone with stating they have been repackaged for a new way to display them (and maybe a dollar lower on the starting bid), he might have done better with the auctions.
