If it isn't illegal, it certainly close to being immoral, not to mention

Hmmm... I'm guessing the seller bought 4 of those mini action figures sets,
somehow carefully opened them up, then stuck the mini-fig inside, and sealed
it back up somehow.
It seems a lot of trouble to go through to sell minifigs...but at minimum
twice the market value for each of the mini-figs, I guess he stand to make
a little bit of profit.
Lego doesn't sell mini-figs like this...these are *obviously* a fake.
