Re: The INRI Deep Space Starfighter: Salvation is at hand!

(...) Oy! Reminds me of Mel Brooks' "Jews in Space" from History of the World Part I. (See (URL).) -Teddy (21 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Announcing: Space Wheels Contest

(...) My question is, do those multiple entries all have to be at the same time? I only ask this in genuine honesty 'cause I was looking at a Mars landscape thinking of the perfect vehicle to use on it, I got an idea and built it and pictured it and (...)   Re: Jormungand Carrier Strike Craft

(...) Beware of easy parts and woman they’re tricky! (...) That would be nice, as the blank black part seems a little neglected as it is now. (...) Or perhaps their long absence can be explained by the time it takes to find and breed on mutants that (...) (21 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Cool stuff, Joel!

(...) the (...) I (...) well.. (...) You can never blast too much light at the model, that's for sure! Just keep them a good distance away or the heat will make the plastic start to buckle and bend! Pure sunshine is always the best if you can swing (...) (21 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC: AC Air Cobra

(...) Say, that is good SNOT! (nice work again, Jean-Pascal). Nothing wrong with your color sense, IMO - I like the Nebula III. (...) Thanks a bunch! .Steve "Attack life, it's going to kill you anyway!" (21 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Bacta Tank

The containment cylinder fills with rejuvenating bacta fluid that is capable of healing even the most grievous wounds. Medical droids closely monitor the patient, who is suspended in the fluid. Luke Skywalker spent time in a bacta tank, recovering (...) (21 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space, FTX) !

Re: New MOC: Falke Raumschloss Dropship

(...) Odd that you should mention that, because I forgot to take pictures of the back (oops!). The engines are in fact quite small indeed but none of the pictures show them. Nacelles on the sides does sound like a good idea. Perhaps I shall do an (...) (21 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

3vil is LAACing a little Justice

Hello! I've made 2 new MOCs to show everyone. The first is the Drop Troopers LAAC. (URL) stands for Low Altitude Atack Craft. It's used to patrol and as a main fighter. These can also be launched off of the back of the Majestic Battleship. It can (...) (21 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Air Corvette

(...) Thanks Phil! I always try to seat 2 minifigs inside a 6 studs wide cockpit. It's usually a little bit tight, but in this case, with an open cockpit, close to each other at least they won't get cold :-) Cheers, JP. (21 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Air Corvette

(...) Thanks Paul! I was first aiming at more red, i.e. no black, but missed some parts. I was happy with the result though. I usually do not use a lot of black or dark color, I find them difficult to use, to mix with other colors. JP. (21 years ago, 7-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: MOC: AC Air Cobra

(...) Deepest apologies, Philip...I was posting kinda late and misread something in the thread.   Re: "Spartan" medium assault mecha

(...) Thanks, Paul. Working with both light grays can be a royal pain at times but it does give it sort of a battle-worn feel to it. Later, Todd (21 years ago, 6-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Jormungand Carrier Strike Craft

Hi Peter (...) Optimism. Optimism is my "word" for the day! I have many other words usually employed when MOCs spontaneously explode, repeatedly. Sometimes SNOT ain't so hot. :) (...) Reassuring.   Re: Jormungand Carrier Strike Craft

(...) I don't know any of those references, but it sounds cool. Yeah, I was thinking of a grapple system as well. The problem is, you'd need several, or one very movable one. Where is the grapple system going to grip on your model? You don't want a (...) (21 years ago, 6-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
