  On complaining...

(...) Your MOCs suck. Ok, the Ezekiel is fairly interesting but that's about it. You barely have anything on Brickshelf. You used to have a site but I can't find it. So let me get this straight... You apparently care enough about the whole MOC (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) Jon, you like to go really fast in every gear. Love the plane, BTW. SNOT canopies r00l. -Grand Admiral .space Curator (URL) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Theme Sites ( was Re: Is it just me, or...)

(...) Now, let me first say that I am against the fracturing of our community - I like the concept of Lugnet, and wish to support it. But let me also say that Classic-Castle has done more for the community than hurt it. Right now, something like 75% (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Space Paparazzi

(...) Ha ha ha ha ha This is terrific! It really looks alot like him, especially the smile. -Dan Rubin (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) Okay! I've really enjoyed following all the Crimson Skies models being built. I have to say, this is my favorite. Of what I've seen of the game, you've really captured the essence of the theme. Are the game creators aware of the models bieng (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) AHEM. Definently not snotlessness... I ment studlessness. :) -JHK (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: MOC: Space Paparazzi

(...) I should also say this model was heavily inspired by one of my favorite artisits, (URL) Lawrence Northey>. Oddly enough, this piece began as a "fem-bot". The bottom of the duplo egg was upside down and was a kind of robot mini skirt. I still (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) Dude! This is really cool. I love the sleekness and snotlessness... you're a true master it it, Jon. The angles are really neat, and I like the use of binocular pieces to mount the guns. Seems kind of odd to have everything backwards, though, (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) Thanks Comrade. I love how the double cockpit came out. And after I made it I even found a P-51 variant on the web with 2 side-by-side cockpits as well...the P-82. I had no idea it existed. (URL) (The above plane is flying to the left by the (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) Thanks Daniel. I was actually really upset with how the photos came out this time. My Sony butchers red and one of my lights blew out when I was shooting. So good to see somebody likes the pics. (URL) [ j o n ] (URL) zemi.net> (URL) moonbase> (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Re: Is it just me, or...

(...) I would like to second these statements, but from a different perspective. I rarely build anything space-related, and I almost never post here. But I like being able to see what you space guys are building and talking about through LUGNET. If (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) I might have over done the ambiguity on this one, but one of my goals for mocs is to get that exact reaction. "Which way does it go?" And I do actually love to go really fast in reverse gear sometimes, by the way! (URL) [ j o n ] (URL) (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) You're all wrong...it flies sideways and sort of up and to the left. (URL) [ j o n ] (URL) zemi.net> (URL) moonbase> (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Space Paparazzi

(...) LOL! This is hilarious, Felix. The glasses are sheer brilliance. So, uh, is this the first of a series? Peace and caricature, Professor Whateverly (URL) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(URL) (...) Jon, This is a very weird design, but you make it work. The double-cockpit is always a chancey move, and this one works well. And the plane is definately not something I'd want to run into - that giant gattling on the front looks like (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Space Paparazzi

Re: Is it just me, or...

(...) This is a definate problem on Lugnet - but I don't see the cause as excessive "cliques". Blaming it on cliques is a convienent, easy way to blame the community, rather than anything else. One of the things to understand here is that we are a (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.admin.general, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Space Paparazzi

(...) Excuse me while I get up off the floor from my laughing... Thanks for the homage:) And the MOC, homage notwithstanding, is really cool in it's sense of whimsy. Nice use of the Duplo Egg, and the camera is pretty darn cool! Now how can I get (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Is it just me, or...

(...) I think you're just whining now. I've also posted some MOCs that didn't get much feedback. (URL) (3 replies)> (URL) (Oh no! Only one reply!)> Looking back at the newsgroup, I noticed that you posted 3 MOCs back in mid-December, a very busy (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Beautiful SNOW... coolest pod ever, or coolest mech? You decide!

(...) You are correct, good catch, and ever so thoughtful of you to point out my error, I'll have to return the favor at the earliest opportunity. I'm sure one will come along very soon. Hasty typing on my part, not lack of knowledge, since my (...) (22 years ago, 16-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)
