Admiral Balthazar's Concrete Donkey —Terry Prosper
Greetings! The world is a tough place and space is even worst. Therefore, trouble is not a rare thing and when big corporations want something done, they call for Admiral Balthazar and his famous ship, the Concrete Donkey. Although the 'Donkey is (...)         Re: Admiral Balthazar's Concrete Donkey —Tony Hafner
So ugly, so absolutely beautiful- I love it! The animated dancing Balthazar adds a lot as well. And jeez- "Concrete Donkey"?!? That's almost the best part! (2 URLs) Hi, I'm AndroDan!>> Tony Hafner (URL) www.hafhead.com> (...) (21 years ago, 26-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) I.... don't know how to respond to that! Thank you, I guess !? :-) (URL) Admiral Balthazar Freelancer, mercenary and part-time game-show host (21 years ago, 26-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Admiral Balthazar's Concrete Donkey —Tony Hafner
(...) Heh... sorry... yes, that's supposed to be a compliment. Very nicely done. The bulky nose and wonky wing structure give it a mean outline. The color scheme works really well with the general smoothness accented by funky bits of texturing. The (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Admiral Balthazar's Concrete Donkey —Terry Prosper
(...) Ah...! That's more like it! :-) I didn't know what to make of your comment at first, but I kind of figured out you meant wel. Anyway, thank you for the compliments. I'm really proud of myself too, everyone tells me I am quite beautiful. It (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Admiral Balthazar's Concrete Donkey —Gil Shaw
(...) (snip)> Admiral Balthazar (...) Definately a utilitarian look to the ship! The only thing I might suggest is clipping the wings a bit to bring them in. The main body is quite heavy and the wings look a littl precarious beside them. Great fig! (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Admiral Balthazar's Concrete Donkey —Terry Prosper
(...) They are indeed! I may very well do a version 2.0 very soon with your suggestion in mind. I tried to imagine what the engine of a "real" space ship would take in terms of volume. I always find the engines too small on other ships, that's (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Admiral Balthazar's Concrete Donkey —Terry Prosper
(...) Thank you, that's exactly the llok I was going for. You'll notice there are no kinds of elevation on the cockpit or higher that that for that matter. I was originally going for the "hand gun" look. Remove the wings, put a handle under the base (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Admiral Balthazar's Concrete Donkey —Terry Prosper
(...) I once found the set (URL) for 3$cdn, so about 2$US. Needless to say, I bought all of them and now, I have plenty of d-gray slopes, white skulls and J,Thunder Minifigs! There are some nice parts in this little set. It's a shame I couldn't get (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) SNIP (...) Hey Terry, Yeah, I scored a few of those too. But, um... it wasn't actually a serious question. I mean, I've shopped at your Bricklink store, so I have a good idea about where you get your gray pieces; same places we all do. (I (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Admiral Balthazar's Concrete Donkey —Terry Prosper
(...) Yes we do. And believe it or not, we also have Wal-Marts :-) But I also shopped at a place called Club-Jouet in Québec.
