This is the first space vehicle I've built in over four years. The news of Travis Kunce's death shook me, as it did everyone else here. Very sad news indeed. This is horrible news, and during the holidays. I did not know him personally, only thorugh his MOCs, and I regret this. I too never met Travis in person. I only knew him from his posts here and talking to him in the chat rooms. He was a great guy and his Moc's were inspirational. I met him this past summer at BF. Great guy. This is not fair. I don't like it when someone with great ideas and imagenation leaves. Very Sad. I knew Travis to be one of the most enthusiast person in the LEGO community. He was kind and polite with me, very passionnate about his hobby and and can only guess he was very appreciated by those who knew him personnally. I recently used (...) I only met Travis once, but I talked to him online on, at least, a weekly basis, if not much more regularly. He was a good guy. This is a tough bit of news for anyone to swallow. I always have difficulty coping with the loss of someone I've grown to respect and this is tougher than usual given Travis' age. Damn, damn, damn... And so young too. I had the privelege of meeting Travis this year at BF. This is sooooo sad. I can't find the words... I'd rather it had been me. I too have just heard this by phone. There are not many of us, Travis was one of us. He was one of the best of us. I spoke to Travis on the phone just two weeks ago.
