  Re: The Ghoul

Ungodly awesome ship. Needs three things: more propellers. where's the wings? and landing gear. (URL) (22 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Ghoul

(...) WOW! this is beutiful. The space scenes give it such a real, powerful feel. I actually had the visceral reaction that i was seeing an actual large starship on it's mission in the vastness of space. the detail is awesome & completely sells the (...) (22 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) You've got that right, but the ghoul's not as gray or greebly :o -Keith (22 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: The Ghoul

(...) Why not a stealth freighter, with all the mean-spirited aggressive death-ships out there. Space can be a cruel mistress. Of course there is only one of these ships, so you don't need to worry about collisions...443 is just a serial (...) (22 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: The Ghoul

(...) Thanks David, I toned down the capitons this time...glad you were entertained. As for the cargo, don't forget the pirate costumes, then it all makes sense ;) -Keith (22 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: The Ghoul

(...) Thanks Gil, and yes those are x-wing skids, which were surprisingly cheap..I guess people think they are 'juniorized' and therefore suspect. As you can tell, I used alot of them. (...) The larger school of .space has been very influential. I (...) (22 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) Interiors...thats funny...interiors...you guys crack me up! Seriously, I really hate doing interiors under the best of conditions, and with no studs except for the thin strip that runs along the bottom, it was too much of a headache. Maybe (...) (22 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: The Ghoul

(...) James, thanks for replying, and Lee Van Cleef has everything to do with it... I can say no more on this topic. -Keith (22 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  I need HELP!

(no not that kind of help) Hey all, I am currently planning a Lego train show in Winfield Illinois for dec.6-7th (see flyer: (URL)) and I have a problem. I have a 35ft x 35ft room to fill and no clue as to what to put in it. I had a layout for the (...)   Re: 2004 Castle Products

(...) Hi Jake, Thanks for those three very critical bits of information! The fact that Harry Potter & Castle can coexist is interesting. (many thought there were parallels to how Star Wars disallows Space.) Much obliged, your clarity is appreciated, (...)   Re: Delurking and New MOC "StarBrewer 1"

(...) Thanks. I planned it and replanned it in my head and on notepads. My biggest challenge is sitting down and building. (...) It is. I like to swoosh it around the family room chasing my son's ship. He always manages to swoop behind me though. (...) (22 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Ghoul

(...) Dude. Awesome coloring and trademark white "numbers and such". I love the overall look and feel of this peaceful craft. Especially those ingenious cargo shutes, and that big gaping hole of a bay opening. Really nice use of angles and such up (...) (22 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: The Ghoul

(...) Hi Keith, All I have to say is WOW! Such a beautiful array of the colours we know and love in an even more beautiful vessel. And the detail! You haven't spared one bit, from the cargo pod protecting buffers to the wonderful maneuvering (...) (22 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: The Ghoul

Well, dang. That's one pretty ship you've built there. I think the mouth of the cargo bay and the pods on the side are simply the best. Very well done. Having said that. . . a stealth frieghter!? Hmm, I must be more careful on the interstellar (...) (22 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Delurking and New MOC "StarBrewer 1"

(...) (URL) (...) A little late on the horse with this fine build, but better late than never... :) Welcome Mark! The StarBrewer looks wonderful and immediately reminded me of a pulse rifle from Aliens as Mark mentioned. The canopy choice is often (...) (22 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Ghoul

(...) This is really gorgeous...so many elements of this are truly flooring me, but the cargo containers are the selling point for me. From the numbering to the colour accents to the amazing use of what I think are x-wing landing skids for the (...) (22 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.space)
