Jr.Marshal Lenny Sir,
Congratulations on such an accomplishment! As has been said, the shape of the
ship and its proportions really complement each other. I realize that the given
color schema is not easy to use when creating a militaristic vessel, but you
pulled it off well. I finally went through the full size images and just read
the synopsis on MOCPages--interesting stuff that PCS labs should highly caution.
I guess the debut on July 4 weekend wasnt too good for me, but I did read
through all the opinions, but refrained from reading your responses to the
critical ones. I think from the side view, the engines seem sufficient but when
taking the mass into perspective they do seem a tad small. I think the nacelles
are just right though and that detailing is ridiculous!! (Hmm, did any hidden
tubes have to be removed to accomodate the Mika?) Also, the back/hatch view is
so cool with all of the intricacies around that area. My only strong criticism
is I have to agree with the GA that the landing gear should be bigger. My
favorite thing about the Kal, outside of the detailing and form, are the escape
pods. HOWEVER, I thought that they were little bays in which peeps could gaze
out, and for that I was extremely impressed because those are lacking from most
ships. So...if you cant figure out the airlock issue, then might I suggest
leaving them as bays. Alright, keep up the great work Sir Lenny! And, if all
goes well, the EB should have more forces soon. ;-)
