When you save a file as a JPEG, you should get a window that gives you a
slider to change compression level. Thats where you change the settings.

| (...) They are. If Photo Deluxe really doesn't have an adjustment for the JPEG compression ratio, note that you can also do this with the OS X Preview app too.
