Hey there!!
I took the liberty of glancing through the rest of your folder the other day
and noticed the laser tower. And since you mentioned it in another post...
The details in the tower folder are fantastic! There is so much to look at
that I'm sure I missed plenty. It reminds me of Richard Scary's Busy Town,
with all the stuff going on. And it looks like every minifig has a uniform
to match its duties and rank. There is a certain blend of function and form
that works really well with your technique. It seems that not everything is
minifig scale on its interior, yet from the outside, it looks like it
"could" be.
There is a sureal tension emanating from these photos which is almost
perfected in the temple folder. It's as if something is about to happen and
once it begins it won't end nicely.
I like the way you extended the antennae in the laser.
At the base of the tower, or maybe it was one of the "anchors", there is a
non'functioning door with a grey lightsaber handle that looks like it can
actually open until I took a good long look at it.
The bridge is a nice touch and the truch on it is nicely done. I liked the
use of the stretcher peices.
I really liked the police. I think I'll use that minifig desgin in a couple
of future projects if you don't mind!
The maintenance crew in action was pretty cool too!
So much stuff to look at, so little time.
I'll be looking forward to your battle scene.
