Good job. I think it fits in well. Is there any particular CS set that you
were reworking?

Now, for the experiment part.

<snip>
So, this one will be an experiment.  As always, all comments are welcome and
appreciated, but perhaps turn your critical eyes a little more towards this
one.  Once it's been out in the wild for a while and hopefully some notes
have come back, I'd like to take a look at it again and incoporate some of
the ideas suggested.  As we all know, we build for ourselves and our own
satisfaction so your critiques may be applicable or might not be depending
on how they mesh with the model.  This is a true community of artists -
people who inspire, educate and ground one another.  I would attribute much
of my enjoyment and personal satisfaction with the Brick to the silent
tuteledge of all the builders here.  I see this experiment as yet another
lesson for me...let the class begin!

Well, since you brought it up.... I like everything but the landing gear.
They seem a bit clunky to me. The only improvement I can suggest is turning
the 1 x 2 plate w/ handle on the rear landing gear 180 degrees and
re-attaching the ski in it's current orientation. It will bring it more
inboard. It doesn't make the gear any less clunky though. I wish I had more
suggestions here, rather than just the criticism. The small dish in the
front with the lightsaber handle is neat. I'll be storing that away for
future reference. :-) The antenna sticking up from in front of the fuel pod
(I'm assuming that's what it is) is also neat. I've done something similar
myself, but not quite to the level you have. That too will be put in my
greeblie file.

Cheers,
-Gil

All-in-all, a good job.

Greetings! My first attempt as somthing in the Pre Classic theme.... (URL) for the experiment part. After reading the recent discussions on critiques and their effects and value in the forum, I was wondering was I do with constructive criticism (...) (22 years ago, 13-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)
