Fisrtly, what a cool robot. The animated instruction is a good idea, but it
seemed to go a little fast on my machine to really see each step clear
enough to build it. A manual frame by frame advance works better.
What software did you use to create it? I'm aware that POVRay has an
animation feature but haven't explored it's uses yet. Is that what you used?
BTW, just today I've been looking at your classic space instructions on the
BI Instruction Portal. They capture the feel of CS nicely without actually
being CS. I might make up a few tonight.

| (...) Thanks! It seems that everyone thought the framerate was too fast. Having it looping continuously should solve that- I'm not sure which players people are using, but Windows Media Player lets you do that. The whole thing is pretty short such (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)
