Hey Kyle! Thanks for the feedback.
Yeah, those dark gray tiles are the landing pad. I had a hard time picking
a color scheme for this. I'm planning on using the basic design to create a
cruiser, destroyer, etc... so I wont need to worry about the landing pad.
I also might like to change the red slopes on the side to light blue
or something.
I wanted to make something sorta based on sea going ships, so that naturally
lead to Yamato for inspiration. I love that website, lots of simple ink
outlines of very cool spacecraft.
Ok I'll bite, you're making a Yamato-like ship? Mini or Micro?

| (...) Well, kinda both. More "like" than "Yamato", but it's still a strong influence. Micro is allready done: (URL) has a long way to go: (URL) _might_ ;-) have some more pics of the second if you were to email me :-D. --Kyle (URL) (22 years ago, 19-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

| Hey, that's pretty cool. The studs out design made the shape of this ship. I like how it looks pointed from above, but from the side it looks very strait and skinny. Allthough I'm not sure I like the dark gray tiles on top. Is that a landing pad? As (...) (22 years ago, 19-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)
