Hi Everyone, I have added two new moonbase modules and a new pod. Just click "What's New" on my main page. (22 years ago, 8-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Hey someone's been busy! The landing platform is dynomite. The addition of the gass pump is what is the coolest part! The detailed checkerboard pattern yellow/black in the walls is a nice touch too. The Starbucks rocks! Did you make those (...) (22 years ago, 8-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

Thoe modules look great. I was thinking about maybe making a small space prot, but you guys have put me to shame. Where'd you find that control tower piece under the actual control room? I liked the big view port, makes it seem very loungy, ya know? (...) (22 years ago, 8-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

For years I have always said that there was a Starbuck's on the moon and no one believed me. Now I have proof! :) You captured the very essence of Starbucks in your module. The interior is great and the Pod Landing Pad is an interesting innovation. (...) (22 years ago, 8-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

Jeez, Mark, those are great. I love the Starbucks module, with its weird yet fuctional pod-connector thing. You astound me again. As pods go, I like the pod itself, too, with a cool color scheme. Keep building and sharing great stuff. Alexander (...) (22 years ago, 8-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Very cool Mark. Where do I start... The Pod - tried and true great color scheme - I don't care for 4-wide pods as much as 2-wides, but this one I really like. Good that someone found a good use for landspeeder engines. Where's that torso on (...) (22 years ago, 8-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

All great stuff Mark...for reasons everyone has mentioned before and then some. I am particularly wowed by the engreeblemen of the landing platform. Just enough to make it interesting, but not over the top. And the interior of the pod...looks so (...) (22 years ago, 8-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) decent amount of ground support. I hadn't seen Chris's airlock idea until now, and I really like it...functional=good :) I also dig the pod attachment on your Starbucks module...wonder how many people's pods would fit it. Looking forward to (...) (22 years ago, 9-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Well, I've saved up some stuff over the last few weeks. (...) Heh, thanks. The yellow and black were actually born of my lack of gray brick, but it did turn out nice. :^) (...) Ah, well I'm sorry to inform you that the Aces High is no more. (...) (22 years ago, 9-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Thanks Christian. The tower is from the Polar Base set. (...) There's no X in espresso! Argh! >_< It's um.... hotter. (22 years ago, 9-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Yeah, well they're everywhere. There are two different Starbucks within a block of my office in downtown Seattle. (...) Just downloaded them and printed them out. (...) The refueling station was built by Dan Jassim. He came up to visit me over (...) (22 years ago, 9-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Thanks Chris. (...) The torso comes from the Racers set. (too lazy to look it up) The one with the blue 4x4 thing and the printed alpha team canopy. (...) LOL. You have no idea. As I said in another reply, there are two within one block of my (...) (22 years ago, 9-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Mark's Lego Creations Update 09/08/02

(...) Thanks Bram! The pod dock should fit all standard 4-wide pods, as long as they don't have really large greebles sticking out the front end. There is enough room inside for the cockpit to open and the pilot to climb out and exit into the (...) (22 years ago, 9-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

The Starbucks module is great, and the pod dock is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. The new pod looks good there. I like the landing module, too, especially when a Spiffcraft is landing there. (...) (22 years ago, 9-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) snip (...) I didn't see a cup holder in the pod. I'd hate to be podding along, hit some solar wind turbulence & spill hot coffee all over the nice (Corinthian?) leather seats. Hmmmmm...coffee...goes with...donuts...mmmm! Jeff (22 years ago, 9-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)
