  Moonbase Infirmary Mod.

Hi. Long time lurker, first time poster. This is my first attempt at a moonbase module. My large plates & 1x bricks are limited, so the mod. is a little small and has no roof :( This is an infirmary, not a hospital or trauma center. It would be (...) (22 years ago, 11-Aug-02, to lugnet.space) !

Hello and welcome to Lugnet! I like it alot. It has a really 'functional' look about it. All the little details are great, such as a microscope and medical machinery. You've done a great job for such a small MOC! Shame about the roof though... but (...) (22 years ago, 11-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

Hey Chris. Welcome to .space. Thats a nice little module you have there but I noticed that the corridor doesn't actually line up. In order to actually hook up to another module it would have to be centered along the edge of the baseplate and raised (...) (22 years ago, 11-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Your design, color, and style is perfect for it's purpose! I can definitely see that fitting into a larger base. I absolutely love the air-lock doors and how they fit on the same standard Module shaped corridor. Great job! At the rate these (...) (22 years ago, 12-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Moonbase Infirmary Mod.

(...) See what happens when we don't read directions thoroughly! Raising one brick is no problem. I could also swap the airlock with the corridor & center it along the other side. What do you think...is it worth it to alter, or just leave it alone? (...) (22 years ago, 12-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) a roof. Your interior is certainly worthy of viewing. I like all the equipment you have set up and the airlock. The "Jefferies tube" is a nice touch as well. Thanks for sharing! (22 years ago, 12-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) especially how you have various diagnostic bits hanging over them. The ambulance landing pad with airlock is a great touch, too. Speaking of items you'll never see in the DS9 infirmary, I love that toilet! :-, Cheers, - jsproat (22 years ago, 12-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) <snipped> I think it is definately worth you altering to fit the standard Moonbase plan, if it isn't difficult to do. That's my vote. :) -H. (22 years ago, 12-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Moonbase Infirmary Mod. and suggestion

(...) i really like this one i like white and i like medical areas w/ lots of neat details :-D also, i like the suggestion that modules have an emergency exit. maybe not ALL modules, but it IS a good suggestion -paul (22 years ago, 18-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Moonbase Infirmary Mod. and suggestion

(...) An emergency exit is an easy thing to do -- just lift the roof off! :-, And since the modules are under pressure, I can't think of a faster way of evacuating an entire room all at once... Cheers, - jsproat (22 years ago, 18-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)
