Who is "MaxBrick"? I really like all of the Moonbase Modules made by this builder. Anyone know this person? I'd like to pass along words of enjoyment. (URL) MaxBrick Thanks, (URL) e> (19 years ago, 8-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  several new MOCs

First I'll just link to a post about using paper attached to studs for decoration. I forgot to post it to announce.moc, so here it is: (URL) I got the new white (4416) & blue (4417) Xpods over the weekend & here's the results: (4 URLs) heres a ship (...) (...) Uh, Allister, while I would love to take credit for such a fine faction, I can not. Ross was to blame... errrr I mean, Ross needs the credit for that one. Janey "Red Brick" (19 years ago, 8-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Pah! There are people that still think the Earth is flat too. Who knows what the future holds? With the way science is advancing, it's conceivable that one day we'll all be drinking space air cocktails. (...) To be fair, Bonktron was Janey's (...)   Re: Retro Rocket - (Warning....Bonktron related post)

(...) IMPOSSIBLE!! Space Air is the single greatest limit to space exploration that we have ever known. Maybe you didn't realize that it was --POISONOUS--?? Poisonous Space Air is so goshdarned horrible that it'll kill anything it touches. Even (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

I'm afraid to ask, but what's Bonktron? (I hang out in .robotics and .technic usually.) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Boeing 7000

(...) I'm sorry, I saw this, and saw the mention of bathrooms... and the first thing I thought was that the horrible vacuum sound of an airline toilet flushing would be ever so much more intimidating in space.... Jeff (19 years ago, 7-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Yes, I BUILT something! (URL) Some more images: (5 URLs) Gallery post-mod: (URL) I knew what I wanted to make the moment I saw the leaked photos of the 2006 CS pod.   New Mecha: Talon

Greetings all! Just finished my latest Battlemech. I don't usually build them so close together, but the creative urge hit me again. I had to run with it, and yes, I freely admit I am obsessed with triangles at the moment! As per usual, the stats (...) (...) Wow, Lennybobenny... come on, tell me how you really feel. (...) Yes, the colour scheme, as well as the inspiration and the need to fulfill my space destiny. (...) (...) No it's not... but I was hoping to call a few of them out. I guess they don't want to hurt my feelings, OR they are so blown away that they just are speechless (I'm kidding, of course!) ".space love"???? Yikes... I think I will just leave out (...) (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Thanks, and no probs. (...) Me too!!! (...) How the heck should I know??? I'm not a spacer... but I think they call it "greebling" (and you know what you call it!) and sadly my ship lacks a great deal of it. I beleive that's part of the (...) (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Retro Rocket - (Warning....Bonktron related post)

(...) Thanks, it was my pleasure. (...) My gain too, I learned a few things in the process, and I hope that my next space creation is a bit better. Until then, thanks for the encouragement. Janey "Red Brick" (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Retro Rocket - (Warning....Bonktron related post)

(...) Thanks Dave, very kind. Not sure if I am a "natural" but I did enjoy the process, and I might just have another space ship or two up my sleeve, but currently I have a few other projects calling my name, and a few others that are completed that (...)   Re: Boeing 7000

Thanks for all the kind words. I hope to post some better interior shotslater but since I placed the vast majority of the figs in through theside (that was painstaking work I tell you.) I want to leave it as is for a while. I am still not completely (...) (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Boeing 7000

(...) Frankly, I simply didn't have all the right parts. I thought of ordering more of the right parts through Bricklink but this was more of an exercise in using what I had available. Nathan (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Voidfighter Entry

(...) Thanks a lot, Kyle. I'll trade you greebling for your sense of form. Those arch parts were definitely the most important piece of the MOC for me. As I only had them in black the rest of the ship had to follow suit. Otherwise it would have been (...) (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Boeing 7000

That's a really impressive MOC! I really like the top engine, and I was wondering why you didn't use the same for the side pods? This MOC has a good retro vibe, it looks like what could be hoped for in the 60s. Cheers, JP. (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Boeing 7000

That's insane! I love it. That is so cool how the whole side comes off to see the inside. That rear center engine set up is masterful. Wow. Great work, wow BIG! e (19 years ago, 5-Dec-05, to lugnet.space)
