  Re: Dragonstar!

(...) Those are from a Spaceport set from several years ago, #6614 Launch Evac 1. The set is a small fire/rescue-type vehicle and it comes with 2 of those door pieces. --Dan (21 years ago, 13-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Dragonstar!

(...) Thanks, Jeffery! (...) Brickswest was back in February. Wow, has it been that long? Well, I'm still working on Dragonstar, which has undergone some significant exterior improvements as well. Hang in there and sorry for the delay. (...) So far, (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Dragonstar!

Argh. I'm sorry, can't figure out how to edit my post. Dan, had a question for you: (URL) this picture, behind the crewman ... those pieces you're using for, I assume, a refigerator or freezer ... where did you get them? I've never seen that piece (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Warping in with a new MOC - the Mantaclaw

Thanks Paul, Yeah on-perpendicular-ness is what I feel to be the key to successful space MOCs. As mentioned by Gil, the pyramidal shape gives way to the feeling of a utility vehicle which is what I was going for. As you have proved, research is the (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Grand-daddy of the Spiffcraft?

  Re: Custom LEGO TRON Minfigs

If you ever find that person, tell it he/she is a cool minifig maker! Also, when I get my NBA sets (basketball's okay, but the sets are pretty cool!) I'm going to get 2 Shaq's and 2 Tracy McGrady's. I'm going to keep one of each the same, but for (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-03, to lugnet.market.auction, lugnet.general, lugnet.space)

  Grand-daddy of the Spiffcraft?

I was messing around with the recent updates feature on Brickshelf, and at recent.cgi?n=12345 I found somethinginteresting: (URL) wonder how old it is? It has to be more than a year or two, to be that far back in the "recent" updates! -- Markham (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Dragonstar!

Dan, I just want to say how much I love your stuff. It's all so big, and creative, and ... (...) Please forgive me. When is Brickwest? I really want to see interior pics! Also, I do have a question ... how do you build the EXTERIOR, without building (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: exile

(...) Hi! I know you don't know me (hopefully you will soon enough), but I just wanted to say that I enjoyed the sliding-door concepts in your Brickshelf folder! I'm actually planning on using the basic design repeatedly in a project of mine, the (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Custom LEGO TRON Minfigs

In 2001 on ebay there was an auction of 4 Custom made LEGO Minifigs of TRON. Here are the images of the minifigs.   Re: It's done

(...) always like seeing those corner panels being used in fun ways (see also "Ken-tucky's Space Works" if you haven't) The engines... yeah. Looks fast and beefy, like a space hot rod. It might be nice in a cherry red or black... wait... how about (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Two New MOC's (somehow this was posted to .town)

(...) Austin, I really enjoyed the Shizz-haru. Liked the use of the small trash-can lids and the overall look. I think the mid-section on the back could use some fleshing-out, I'm not sure the binoculars by themselves cut it. However, considering (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)
