  Re: 3 new spaceish Mocs!

(...) Wow! That is C-O-O-L... Like others have said, the bulkiness of this craft is an awesome departure from the slender and winged troop carriers we're so accustomed to seeing. Really well done Geordan. I give you major props for the creativity (...) (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Anyone going to Brickfest?

(...) Quick easy directions: Go down Hillsboro Street to the Darryl's (should be Oberlin)and take a left. You'll go down two blocks, going past a fire station on your right. At the first traffic light, (there will be banks at your side of the road, (...) (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Anyone going to Brickfest?

(...) No kidding? ::clicky clicky look at exams schedule:: That's before finals, so I'll be in town at that point. Now all I need to do is look up a bus schedule or figure out how to get there on foot and I'm all set. And hey, there's even a (...) (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New *dinky* MOC

Jeremiah, I don't think you've missed anything, I just think that people have re-discovered the great vehicle designs in the game! I especially enjoy looking at the concept art, which is where my next MOC is coming from! -Austin _ _ _ _ _ (URL) (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: whats going on with our BF-MB plans? (was Re: Anyone going to Brickfest?)

I was in the room, but because I suck, I have no completed builds, just two ideas that aren't past the drawing stage. I do remember we discussed having the base, then a wrap-around section to the landing pad area, so that cargo ships & the like (...) (...) I'll have a couple of modules in tow. Anyone bringin' any monorail stuff? I may have a PCS monorail done by then. :-) I've also got a bit o' track as well. Chris <>< (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.events.brickfest)

Re: PA004 -Open Atmosphere Suit- Scout Type

(...) What's cooking Andrew? Thanks, i am glad you liked it. I was pretty pleased myself with the end result. If I could only have my dream of building a whole army..... Oh well, maybe one day. Take care buddy. (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: PA004 -Open Atmosphere Suit- Scout Type

(...) What up G?! Thanks. I am hoping to get to the level of color mixing I have seen posted (u included). For now I am trying to stick to the basics, mostly because of money and parts I have, but I do love the industrial look... Later. (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: USS Okazaki NCC-1960 WIP

Right now, my biggest problem is finding a folding table ... so far I can't find anything wider than 30", but I really WANT (ideally) 36" by 72". Jeff Benson jbenso1@towson.edu (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: USS Okazaki NCC-1960 WIP

(...) I'm very much looking forward to those challenges -- I enjoy large scale projects which take time to develop. I'm enlisting help from some friends in California, and in addition to making decals and the such, I'm going to try to get someone to (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New *dinky* MOC

Austin, I think it's just the right size, given the shapes you used. Any bigger or smaller, and it would lose that distinct Banshee flow. Great job! -jeremiah- PS - What's up with the Halo MOC's all of a sudden? Did I miss something? (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  New *dinky* MOC

Guys, You may not have seen the post earlier, so here it is again: (URL) made the Banshee from Halo. I like the way this one turned out, but I think the body is too small. Whaddya' think? -Austin _ _ _ _ _ (URL) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Two New MOCs

I can't belive that no one has responded to this. Wow! These are awesome. The Genki is just a wonderfully greeblies and tiled ship... the color scheme is cool, and it looks really powerful. The Rattlesnake is also really cool... I love the round (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Anyone going to Brickfest?

As of Brickfest last year, I was only 14, but I would be 16 by this year's BF. Unfortunately, because the date was moved forward, it's now the weekend before school starts, and since my mom has to get all the teachers at my school ready to go (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: whats going on with our BF-MB plans? (was Re: Anyone going to Brickfest?)

I was really hoping to get to come to see the first BF MB, but it looks like it is not to be so :( My mother wanted to come as well, and we cancelled a student exchange trip thing to Britain in favor of BF, but now it looks like we won't get to go (...)   Re: 3 new spaceish Mocs!

Hi there, Geordan, First up you have an excellent design concept on the Boar. I love the area around the cokpit with the intakes and rocket cannisters, ets. The rocket pods are also quite cool. I hate to be picky but I found the body of the thing a (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)
