  Re: MOC: Space Racer

(...) <> (...) Soren, I like the overall design of this racer...reads as sleek and fast. The use of the 3x3 plates w/o corners and that flag really reduce the usual massiveness of that canopy. That is one funky engine! I understand if you wanted to (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MB Super Laser

(...) Amado- That's one huge laser! I can see the alien design origins. I like the blastshield feature: simple yet effective. I look forward to more Moonbase goodness from you. (I also just checked out the blue mecha so I'm going to reply .mecha.) (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) <snip> (...) Phil, This ship is BEAUTIFUL! I love the neen aesthetic! Very sleek and sharp! I like the placement of those angled vents and the engine designs. Really an awesome craft! ciao&salaam -Andrew GardenSLUG (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC Sparrow

You really have a distinctive style, Phillip....your stuff gets away from the box and pushes the line of the model out from the centre. In short, I dig it. This is a good example...I really like how the different components of the racer are held (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Warping in with a new MOC - the Mantaclaw

I've always loved tugs and other spacedock ships...this one definately rates as one of the best I've seen. Aside from the wonderful use of greebs, articulated bit and such, I think what really makes if for me is the sloped & hinged red walls of the (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) SNIP (...) WOW! the dropship rocks! Totally conveys the thick armored super tough ship look. and it looks like it would be fun to fly too. I think it would be cool for the angled supports on either side of the cockpit to be yellow, like double (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New Fad?

(...) Whoa! My bad. I didn't mean to imply that fixed landing gear was unacceptable, it's totally fine by me. What I meant was that I viewed the presence of landing gear of some kind as mandatory. I've made fighters without landing gear at all, it's (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

  3 new spaceish Mocs!

Hello all, I've got my first "real" space Moc under my belt. I've built space before, but this is my first cool space vehicle or so I think. ;^) I present the HLAATV or "T-24 Boar" (URL) the longest time I've wanted to build a dropship. I've (...) Hmm, Sounds like a plan! I have seen Jonathan's work, and it's really neat, not unlkike yours (wish you could go). I asked my mom, and she said I could probably go, so that means I need to get building! The age thing does stink, but if it means (...) (21 years ago, 8-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)

Cool. I really like the droids- they look really mechanical. The Optimus Prime is pretty good, too. The pictures of it transforming are really cool- you don't see those types of pictures much. The logo for the first page is striking, too. -JHK (...) (21 years ago, 8-Apr-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)
